- Special internet rates are valid for booking made though our websites NOT direct to the hotel
- Special internet rates are including 21% tax and service charges and are quoted in US Dollars
- Room rates are per room per night
- Special package rates are per room per package
- Sightseeing tours / spa and others are quoted per person

| II. CANCELLATION POLICY |

- One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date
- Early check out will be charged one night room value

| July & August |
|
- One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
- Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- Early check out will be charged two nights room value

| 20 December - 10 January |
|
- One night room charge for any cancellation within 45 days prior to the arrival date.
- Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Full nights room reserved will be charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date
- No refund for early check out

| III. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES |
|
- All confirmed reservation need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa/Master)
- The credit card details shall be faxed to +62.361.237809
- The credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation and will be charged if there is any cancellation made according to our Cancellation Policy
- Hotel voucher will be issued once the credit card detail is received and will be faxed to your fax number and to the respective hotel.

| IV. PAYMENT PROCEDURES |

- All payment will be collected by our representative upon arrival in Bali (if you have transfer with us) or
- Payment will be collected by our representative a day after check in at the hotel
- Payment will not be to the hotel.

- The copy of the credit card is required for any reservation on hotels in Lombok, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Sulawesi and other parts of Indonesia.
- A credit card statement form will be sent to you for this type of transaction.
